Monique ormann and Marcus Courtney started attending the party in 2014. As former residents of Geneva, they're especially looking forward to this year's soirée. "We're thinking champagne, chocolate, and fresh mountain air," says the couple. And they're not wrong. Veuve Clicquot will sponsor a bubbly bar in Torchy's. A hot chocolate bar will keep late-night revelers cozy in the wee hours. And for that fresh mountain air? We haven't piped in a pine-scented breeze, but we have lassoed the Northern Lights. See them shine in the 3rd Floor Crystal Casino, where elegant decor and dancing hues of turquoise, amethyst, and rose will transform the room into an unfor- gettable night sky. Two dance floors—one in the John- son Lobby Lounge and the other in the Noble Room—heat up later in the night and go hard until past midnight. Palm readers, tarot card dealers, numerologists, and other ethereal experts set up shop in the 3rd Floor Heritage Room until aer midnight. Just around the corner from the mystic's den is another way to play—the Crystal Casino. Here, blackjack, craps, and roulette are run by member dealers like Monique and Marcus. "It's fun to be on the other side of the table," they say. Repeat Jubilee attendees, like mem- bers Carmen and Dan Zuckerman, always take a turn to play as they explore the party. "We've had so much fun gambling and seeing the fortune tellers," Carmen says. "e numerologist made us laugh so hard our first year we both almost fell over."
