ANCHO CRANBERRY MARGARITA

You'd be hard-pressed to find a more popular
day for drinking margaritas than Cinco de Mayo.
This year, may we suggest a twist on this classic
tequila-based beverage? Our Ancho Cranberry
Margarita will add a little kick to your celebration.
It's bursting with flavor and comes rimmed with
Executive Chef Eric Floyd's house-made ancho
chili salt. The choice of Triple Sec to complement
the tequila is due to it being sweeter than
Cointreau or Grand Marnier, thus eliminating any
simple syrup in the recipe. Want to kick it up
another notch? Infuse your tequila with some chili
pepper for a day or two ahead of time.
